25 MW dual-fuel gas turbine have been in operation for more than 10,000 hours

On March 24th, the first domestically-produced 25 MW dual-fuel gas turbine in the Bohai Sea, installed on the CEPB platform of CNOOC, has operated stably for more than 10,000 hours, with a cumulative power supply of 125 million KWh.
Gas turbines are like the “hearts” of the platforms, continuously supplying surging power and are of great significance to offshore oil production. The 25 MW dual-fuel gas turbine generator set supplied in this project is the first independently designed and manufactured generator set for offshore oil platforms in China. It is hailed as a “national treasure” in the offshore oil industry.
