In order to build a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system, accelerate the demonstration and application of the first major technical equipment in the energy field, and promote the security and coordinated development of China’s key energy technology equipment industry chain and supply chain, in 2020, the National Energy Administration organized the first batch of major technical equipment evaluation work in the energy field. After review by experts, 26 technical equipment items were included in the list of the first major technical equipment project in the energy field. There are a total of 4 items in gas turbine field. Both “Industrial Low Emission CGT25-EB Gas Turbine” and “Domestic H-25 Gas Turbine” declared by our company were successfully chosen.

The CGT25-EB gas turbine was independently developed by our team, with a localization rate of 100%. This type of gas turbine applies advanced low emission combustion technology, and under natural gas fuel conditions, the nitrogen oxide (NOx) emission index is not more than 50 mg/Nm3. The software programming and hardware modules of the gas turbine control system can be localized, and its control accuracy and functional integrity are benchmarked against the world’s advanced level. This type of unit will be demonstrated and applied based on the natural gas distributed energy station project located in Guangzhou Development Conghua Mingzhu Biomedical Health Industrial Zone.

The domestic H-25 gas turbine has significant characteristics such as high output power, high exhaust temperature and low emission indicators, especially suitable for Combined Cycle or combined cooling heating and power(CHP), with a comprehensive energy utilization rate of over 80%. At present, our team is engaged in conducting independent production of H-25 gas turbines, and will rely on Guangdong China Resources Power Zhongshan Banfu Town Gas Distributed Energy Project and Guangdong China Resources Power Dongguan Songshan Hubei District Gas Distributed Project to carry out demonstration applications of units and achieve independent production and operation and maintenance of H-25 gas turbine.

The “Industrial Low Emission CGT25-EB Gas Turbine” and “Domestic H-25 Gas Turbine” have been officially approved by National Energy Administration as the first batch of major technical equipment projects in the energy field. This is not only an affirmation of our company’s long-term commitment to independent innovation of gas turbine, but a new and higher requirement for the future implementation of comprehensive independent development of gas turbine.
