On December 8th, after a long journey of 8 days and 3300 km, the first batch of major technical equipment (set) of National Energy Administration in the energy field – the first industrial low-emission CGT25-EB gas turbine arrived at Pearl Project site of Guangzhou Development Group successfully.

Mingzhu Project of Guangzhou Development Group adopts a domestic CGT25-EB gas turbine generator unit designed and produced by our company, which make breakthroughs in advanced low emission combustion technology to meet the relevant requirements of current domestic standards for NOx emission in the background of national energy structure adjustment and strategic planning.

During the implementation of the project, in the face of the adverse effects of multiple pressures such as high technical difficulties and urgent time requirements and multiple rounds of COVID-19 pandemic, our project team worked overtime to race against time. On the premise of strict epidemic prevention and control, the team overcame difficulties, worked closely with the project team of Guangzhou Development Group, to ensure the project implementation progress, and successfully complete the factory test of the unit. All technical indicators met the design requirements. At the same time, with the strong support from Guangzhou Development Group, the project teams of both sides cooperated and carefully planned to strictly control the packaging, shipping, receipt of goods and warehousing of the unit, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of the unit on site, thus laying a solid foundation for the subsequent installation work.

The successful arrival of the first unit in Guangzhou opens the prelude to the domestic application of industrial low-emission gas turbines in the energy field.
