On December 25th in 2021, two sets of H-25 gas turbine generator units of natural gas distributed energy project of China Resources Power Taixing Hongqiao Industrial Zone, supplied by our company, were put into commercial operation successfully. The two units successfully passed the 72+24 hours reliability trial operation and were delivered respectively on December 7th and December 24th in 2021. Currently, the unit runs stably, with all performance indicators meeting the design requirements and reaching the international advanced level of the same type of units, laying a solid foundation of technical and engineering application for the promotion and subsequent project execution of H-25 gas turbine generator unit.

During the execution of the project, under the careful planning of company leaders, our project team adopted standardized, modular AND fully three-dimensional system integration design, achieved zero design error rate and completed the unit engineering design and manufacturing work with high quality guaranteed. At the same time, with the strong support of the user (China Resources Power (Taizhou) Co., Ltd.), our project team overcame the tight construction schedule, heavy tasks, the COVID-19 and other adverse effects, and worked overtime to complete the on-site installation and commissioning of the unit with quality and quantity guaranteed, so as to make sure the unit pass all the test and assessment items at one go, thus establishing a good reputation in the power industry.

The two units in the natural gas distributed energy project of China Resources Power Taixing Hongqiao Industrial Zone were put into operation successfully, indicating the successful completion of the first natural gas distributed energy project between our company and China Resources Power Holdings Co., Ltd. It serves as the starting point for the long-term after-sales maintenance and new project development of both sides and leads them to creating new cooperation results. Meanwhile, we have been carrying out the domestic production and manufacturing of H-25 gas turbine core engine through technology transfer. By 2022, the independent production, technical service, and overhaul maintenance of this type of unit will be fully realized to completely solve the “bottleneck” problem of gas turbine production and maintenance in the distributed energy field in China, to realize independent and controllable major technologies and equipment in the energy field, and make new and greater contributions to promote the development of the national green and safe energy system.
