On September 2nd, a breakthrough was achieved in the gas turbine generator project for the Weizhou 11-4 CEPD platform. Two sets of CGT25-EA dual-fuel gas turbine generator sets successfully passed the land commissioning acceptance and all performance indicators demonstrated excellent results.

The CGT25-EA gas turbine achieves an ISO-rated output power of 26 MW, supports both natural gas and diesel fuels, and features online fuel switching capability, significantly enhancing the operational flexibility and energy supply reliability of the offshore platform. The Gas Turbine Generator unit adopts a modular integrated design, characterized by a compact structure, user-friendly operation, and high maintenance efficiency, which highly meets the requirements of harsh offshore environment and spatial constraints.

During the installation and commissioning process, the project team successively completed tests such as ignition tests, mechanical debugging, performance assessments, and load variation tests, and eventually achieved the parallel operation of the two units.
