CGTC 2025: The 3rd China Gas Turbine Conference held in Harbin
2025-08-23
On August 21st, the 3rd China Gas Turbine Conference (CGTC-2025) was successfully held in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. More than 50 academic leaders, industry experts, and leading talents from universities and research institutions at home and abroad jointly discussed the cutting-edge technologies and innovative applications in the field of gas turbines.
Under the theme “Intelligent Innovation, Intelligent Integration, Intelligent Leadership,” the conference agenda featured an opening ceremony, keynote presentations, specialized sessions across six parallel forums.
The conference highlighted that gas turbines represent crucial national assets. Domestically produced gas turbine equipment has proven its reliability in harsh environments—including inland areas, oceans, and deserts. With steady technological advancements, Chinese-made equipment is increasingly reaching international markets. CGTC-2025 aims to establish an open, diverse platform for in-depth exchange and collaboration, collectively driving the progress and development of China’s gas turbine technology.
At the CGTC 2025, the main forum centered on global gas turbine technology frontiers and industrial development, featuring four distinguished domestic and international industry experts who delivered a remarkable intellectual exchange through their insightful presentations.
Throughout the conference, a succession of academic sessions unfolded across the main venue and parallel forums. The six parallel sessions focused on specialized areas including aerodynamics and heat transfer, combustion science, cycles and control, materials and reliability, digitalization and intelligence, as well as power transmission technologies and innovative applications. Bringing together numerous renowned experts and scholars, the event featured over 70 exceptional presentations that facilitated comprehensive academic dialogue within these specialized fields.
