On March 17th, the 9 MW fuel driven compressor unit developed by our company completed a 72-hour experiment at the Anbian Compressor Station project site of Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Co., Ltd., and successfully passed the delivery acceptance.

This project is our first provincial-level natural gas pipeline company project, and the technology promotion and product demonstration are of great significance. To ensure the smooth implementation of the project, our Business Department has made careful planning and arrangemen, and formed a professional and complete project team. Meanwhile, in order to improve the quality and progress of on-site installation and commissioning of the unit, the project team took the initiative to work overtime and cooperate fully, and was good at integrating and utilizing external resources. With the support and assistance of the user unit, the project team effectively solved the problems of high compressor outlet temperature and high coupled vibration of the unit connecting shafting and pipeline. In less than 2 weeks, it has passed the 24-hour mechanical operation test, surge simulation test, and 72-hour load test. Compared with the same power transmission units, the commissioning cycle is significantly shortened, and the unit is delivered quickly and reliably.

The smooth delivery of this unit indicates another breakthrough in the high-end power equipment in the energy field where we are engaged in, indicating the addition of another member to the product spectrum of our fuel driven compressor units. It has possessed the independent/complete the research and development capabilities of 6 MW, 9 MW, 13 MW, and 30 MW driven compressor units. The products can meet the demand of pressurized natural gas transportation of main and branch lines of natural gas pipeline networks at home and abroad. With the application of the project unit, the branch line can increase the transmission capacity by 9 million cubic meters of natural gas per day, which will further enhance the natural gas supply capacity in Shaanxi. It is an important achievement of our company and Shaanxi Provincial Natural Gas Co., LTD. for in-depth study and implementation of energy security new strategy of Four Revolutions & One Cooperation proposed by President Xi Jinping.
