The first 30MW Class gas turbine driven compressor units with independent intellectual property rights in China, which realizes the localization of key equipment of natural gas pipeline.
Breakthroughs multiple key design and manufacture technologies such as lean combustion premixed low-emission combustor, efficient long-life high-speed power turbine, adaptive regulation and monitoring system, 100% localization of materials and new processing technology, etc.
Eight sets of CGT25-D gas turbines have been put into commercial operation in China and abroad, with a cumulative operation time of more than 150,000 hours, average trouble-free interval of more than 6,000 hours, and the annual stable operation time of several units have exceeded 8000 hours.
