Gas Turbine Driven Compressor Set in Wuzhou Station of Guangnan Branch Pipeline, West–East Gas Pipeline II

  • The first 30MW Class gas turbine driven compressor units with independent intellectual property rights in China, which realizes the localization of key equipment of natural gas pipeline.

  • Breakthroughs multiple key design and manufacture technologies such as lean combustion premixed low-emission combustor, efficient long-life high-speed power turbine, adaptive regulation and monitoring system, 100% localization of materials and new processing technology, etc.

  • Eight sets of CGT25-D gas turbines have been put into commercial operation in China and abroad, with a cumulative operation time of more than 150,000 hours, average trouble-free interval of more than 6,000 hours, and the annual stable operation time of several units have exceeded 8000 hours.
