On March 4, 2022, in order to carry out the Implementation Opinions on Strengthening Patriotism Education in the New Era, to further pass on and carry forward the spirit of Lei Feng, and to practice the spirit of volunteers of “dedication, fraternity, mutual help, and progress”, “Promoting the Spirit of Lei Feng, Lighting the Spark of Volunteerism” Volunteer Service Activity of Helping Students with Love and Care was carried out. The donation was made to the students of the Suisheng Manchu Town Central Primary School in Suihua City, who are mostly left-behind and single-parent children from poor families with difficult learning and living conditions. In response to the call of the activity, our staff members and young league members donated more than 200 children’s books, nearly 100 cloth dolls, more than 60 sets of stationery sets (including pens, pen bags, watercolor pencils, notebooks, pencil sharpeners, pencils, playdough, book covers) and environmentally-friendly handbags and 25 thermos flasks, with a total value of nearly 10,000 yuan.

Considering the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, the donation of this loving aid activity was to be made by mail. Volunteer service team painted the blessings to the children on the handbags by DIY painting and summarized and packed the love materials, with a total of 16 boxes mailed out.

Donations of love and care gathered into a force of warmth. Some employees sent carefully selected stationery gift boxes and children’s books, some silently sent more than 500 drawing pencils to the donation place without leaving their names, while some others donated nearly 100 cloth dolls at one go and some others encouraged their own children to participate in this voluntary activity of helping students…
