On April 13th, two sets of SGT-400 dual-fuel Gas Turbine Generator units for CNOOC Caofeidian 6-4 Oilfield Development Project were completed for all installation and commissioning work on the Bohai platform and accepted by the owner successfully.

During the implementation of the project, our team carefully completed the design, actively communicated the design details with the owner and subcontractors, and strictly controlled the equipment quality. Beyond that, we made efforts to overcome difficulties such as the COVID-19 pandemic, limited team manpower, extremely cold weather at the site and high pressure on the offshore nodes of the platform, ensuring the smooth completion of the two units supplied, which guarantees the smooth completion of the overall planned nodes of the user’s oilfield.

The smooth delivery of this unit marks the successful completion of the first domestic 13MW dual-fuel gas turbine generator unit for platforms supplied by our company, and broadens our power coverage in the field of platform gas turbine power generation.
