On June 10th, the off-line ceremony of the first vehicle natural gas of Guanghan Shangzhi Straw Bio-natural Gas Project was successfully held in Guanghan (Shangzhi) Biomass Energy Co., Ltd., located inYimianpo Town, Shangzhi City, marking the successful entry of Guanghan Shangzhi Straw Bio-natural Gas Project into the production trial operation stage. Zhang Anshun, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of Harbin Municipal Party Committee, Zhao Gang, Vice Chairman of Harbin CPPCC and Director of Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Liu Haitao, Secretary of Shangzhi Municipal Party Committee, Juck Zhang, Deputy Secretary of Shangzhi Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Wang Hai, General Manager of Northeast Regional Management Center of China Gas Holding Co., Ltd. attended the ceremony.

Guanghan (Shangzhi) Biomass Energy Project is the first demonstration project built in China by our team to actively implement the national “double carbon” development strategy and expand the development direction of science and technology industry in the new energy field. Since the construction of the project, with the strong support of Heilongjiang Provincial Party Committee and Government, Harbin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, and Shangzhi Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, our team has overcome difficulties, continuously overcome many influences such as long unfavorable construction in winter and repeated COVID-19 pandemic in Northeast China, and successively made breakthroughs in many key problems such as low temperature start-up operation in winter and special pressure hybrid fermentation tank construction in alpine regions, indicating successful realization of the milestone node of the first bio-natural gas off-line.

Behind this, the determination and efforts of our team to overcome difficulties and the good wishes of guarding the ecological environment and enjoying the blue sky and white clouds are condensed.

The successful implementation of Guanghan Shangzhi Straw Bio-natural Gas Project can not only solve the problems of waste treatment such as idle straw and burning straw, but reduce environmental pollution. The green bio-natural gas and bio-organic fertilizer produced by the project, in addition to effectively alleviating the energy shortage in China, provides an effective solution to help China achieve the strategic goal of “double carbon”. At the same time, it can promote the construction of ecological green agriculture, improve agricultural efficiency, promote the sustainable development of regional economy and society, and accelerate the comprehensive revitalization of Heilongjiang and build a new industrial pattern of green recycling and sustainable development.
